Helps me relax, focus more and be more introspective. For meditation, his music allows me to let go very easily, not keep stuff in my head but to relax and let go. In Crystal Bowl Healing, by the end of track one, boom I’m there. It helps e get into a meditative and altered state quicker and I’m able to go deeper while I’m in the meditation. I’m just amazed at how relaxing it really is…you don’t think it’s going to be that relaxing, but as soon as you hear the music you completely relax. It’s really a wonderful feeling to listen to his music.

I bought Comfort Zone and played it over 14 hours a day in my office on my computer and noticed a big difference in how I coped with stress when that was playing. I never grow tired of it either.
